YOUR COMPLETE MEETING PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• Deluxe Guest Room Accommodations with private balconies, coffee makers, full size iron and ironing boards, hair dryers, working desks with ample lighting, two telephones, voice mail, data ports, and Golden Door Spa bath amenities.

• State-of-the-art Conference Rooms set to your specifications with ergonomically designed chairs, full size writing pads, pencils, ice water, and candies. Includes all function space as outlined in the request for proposal.

• Three Bountiful Meals each day in the Terrace Restaurant offering a buffet with a seating area reserved specifically for your group. Should you decide to hold any private or off-site meal functions we will apply a credit to the Complete Meeting Package. Surcharges apply for private dining.

• Continuous Refreshment Breaks beginning with beverage service at 7:00 a.m. each day. At 8:45 a.m., an assortment of fun and health-conscious snacks arrive and are replenished and varied throughout the day until 5:00 p.m. Breaks are positioned in four strategic locations throughout the conference wing insuring easy access from all meetings. Each afternoon, you will find a specialty break station in a central location.

• Standard Audio-Visual Equipment for your General Session and currently scheduled Breakouts including overhead projector or 35 mm projectors, screens, one flipchart per each ten attendees, and a podium with wired microphone (for groups of 50 daily attendees or larger, an LCD projector may be substituted for the overhead/35MM projectors). Additional items may be rented, and a specific list of items can be forwarded to you should you require.

• On-Site Recreation in our executive fitness center offering weight room, cardiovascular room, indoor lap pool, outdoor two-tier pool, two whirlpools, three outdoor lighted tennis courts, two indoor racquetball courts, a sand volleyball court, and 70 miles of jogging/bicycle trails. Golf is available at an adjacent 18-hole championship golf course for a fee of $52.00 per person (includes cart rental).

• Personally Assigned Professional Conference Planner to assist you with all aspects of meeting support services allowing you one point of contact to ensure easy and stress free planning.

• Service Charge for all conference package meals and conference set up.
